Quality from the grape...


Our vines are treated with organic fertilizers, and we allow an average of 14 bunches of grapes on the plant, guiding its controlled development to obtain the desired characteristics and ensure the quality in color, aromas and flavors that we are looking for.

Time is a key factor in the development of the grapes, the wine and the winery. We will grow as a winery based on the development of our plants and grapes.

Some of the varietals we use in our wines are:


PETIT VERDOT

This grape has purple hues and floral scents like lavender, violet and licorice. It is very fruity, with great structure and body, perfectly balancing the sweetness of red fruits..


ZINFANDEL

Fresh, fruity and interesting acidity, it is cheerful with a lightness that is expressed broadly, like a moist forest, bright, airy and sweet.


BARBERA

This is a grape of great fruity expression, such as plums and cherries. It has deep acidity thanks to the maturation characteristic of the Valle de Guadalupe.


GRENACHE

With bright shades, it is festive, light and fresh. It explodes in the mouth, opens up the conversation in a friendly, sweet and balanced way. Comes from 25+ year old vines.


CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Red light, bright, bold. Remembrances of peppers, dried chili, flowers, red fruit, earth and minerals.


TEMPRANILLO

Provides great structure and balance. From mild astringency with soft tannins, fruit aromas like berries.


SYRAH

Intense deep purple color, aromas of plum and blackberry. Concentrated aromas and flavors, big and great character.
